Job Summary
- Take inbound and outbound calls from donors
- Guide conversations using structured scripts
- Enter donation and pledge details accurately
- Maintain professionalism and compliance standards
- Meet performance and attendance expectations
- This is a 1099 contractor role not a traditional job
- Required certification before starting
- You manage your own schedule
- Continued access to work depends on performance
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months customer service experience (remote preferred)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable working across multiple systems
- Quiet dedicated home office setup
- Windows 11 PC (minimum 8GB RAM)
- USB noise-canceling headset
- Wired high-speed internet
- Dual monitors recommended
- No Mac/Chromebook devices
