Job Summary
Were passionate about supporting homeowners through their renovation journeys and building real connections within our communities. Were looking for a dependable hands-on individual to join our team as a Field & Event Support Staff.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in dynamic outdoor environments and isnt afraid of physical setup travel and engaging with people at community events.
What Youll Do
- Assist with setup and teardown of event booths (tent tables signage and materials)
- Support the team during local events such as farmers markets festivals and retail pop-ups
- Engage with attendees and help create a welcoming approachable presence
- Help maintain organization and cleanliness of event materials and equipment
- Provide general on-site support to ensure smooth event operations
What Youll Bring
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with physical hands-on tasks and outdoor work
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly professional demeanor
- Reliable punctual and team-oriented
- Prior experience in event support labor hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Weekend availability preferred
- Basic tech familiarity (mobile apps booking tools etc.) is helpful
