Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Event Operations & Sales Support Associate to help execute successful community events while supporting customer engagement efforts.
This role combines physical event setup with light customer interaction and operational support.
What Youll Do
- Transport set up and break down event materials (tent tables signage promotional kits)
- Support event staff in engaging attendees and representing services
- Help capture and organize customer information using digital tools
- Maintain event inventory and ensure materials are prepared for each activation
- Assist in delivering a smooth and professional event experience
What Youll Bring
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (preferred)
- Experience in delivery field work maintenance or similar roles is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and dependability
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic familiarity with smartphones apps and online tools
