- Create accurate competitive quotes and supporting technical documentation
- Partner with outside sales to refine project requirements and winning strategies
- Own project timelines and data using advanced spreadsheets and tools
- Become a go-to expert on key product lines providing technical guidance to internal teams and customers
- Coordinate delivery schedules and equipment startups to keep projects on track
- Maintain clean reliable data in the CRM system
- Build strong relationships with manufacturers and clients becoming a trusted point of contact

- Experience with CRM systems and enthusiasm for learning new tools
- Exposure to electrical or mechanical systems is a plusbut not required
