Job Summary
Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Department: Service Operations
Salary: $/year plus some bonuses. Six figures possible in 2-3 years based on performance and growth
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 pm. Although extremely rare sometimes emergencies will happen with customers after hours and they may be asked to send an email dig up an old quote etc.
Primary Roles:
Quoting service jobs and RFQs. Primarily done in a "pre-made" Excel template but some in a proprietary software called CriticalView.
Sourcing and tracking parts and materials from vendors for RFQs
Ordering and tracking parts for jobs
Creating Work orders for jobs in Critical View
Project management between teammates field technicians and customers
Managing contracts and annual renewals
Secondary Roles:
Administrative tasks of booking jobs processing orders and managing customers information in organized folders (new customer forms POs quotes etc)
Account Management- Answering customer inquiries if needed and working directly with key customers
Other duties may be assigned or picked up as needed
Let me know if I missed anything. Open to recent grads someone with light experience or someone who wants to go into sales after maybe 1-2 years. Bonus points if they or their parents are members at a really nice golf course.

Required Skills:
What You Bring Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships Highly organized with a proactive problem-solving mindset Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook Experience with CRM systems and enthusiasm for learning new tools Exposure to electrical or mechanical systems
