A leading international IP practice is seeking a Patent Counsel with strong patent prosecution experience in electrical engineering and advanced technologies. This is a high-level role working directly with innovative clients across cutting-edge industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications
- Advise on patent strategy portfolio development and protection
- Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses
- Work directly with inventors and in-house counsel
Technical Focus:
- 5G / 6G Wi-Fi wireless systems
- AI / machine learning
- Processor and memory architecture
- Image processing / computer vision
- RF front-end technologies
Compensation:
- $225000 $315000 (major markets; varies by location)
- Bonus eligibility full benefits
Preferred:
- Experience with AI robotics autonomous systems or NLP
- Client-facing or portfolio management experience
