| Job Description |
What you will be doing: - Represent institutional and private lenders owners developers and asset managers in commercial real estate transactions and ongoing operations.
- Advise clients in acquisition development leasing asset management financing and sale of office retail industrial and multifamily properties.
- Represent landlords tenants subtenants and asset managers in structuring and leasing office industrial retail and mixed-use properties.
- Work on significant lease transactions on both tenant and landlord sides.
- Join a growing and energetic firm with a small firm culture and large firm standards.
Experience you will need: - 3-12 years (6-12 years preferred) of experience in mortgage financing and sale-purchase transactions.
- Experience with drafting LLC agreements is a plus.
- Excellence in writing legal analysis and negotiation skills.
- Solid academic background and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be admitted in New York.
- Compliance with federal law for identity and eligibility verification to work in the United States.
