Job Description

What you will be doing:

Represent institutional and private lenders owners developers and asset managers in commercial real estate transactions and ongoing operations.
Advise clients in acquisition development leasing asset management financing and sale of office retail industrial and multifamily properties.
Represent landlords tenants subtenants and asset managers in structuring and leasing office industrial retail and mixed-use properties.
Work on significant lease transactions on both tenant and landlord sides.
Join a growing and energetic firm with a small firm culture and large firm standards.

Experience you will need:

3-12 years (6-12 years preferred) of experience in mortgage financing and sale-purchase transactions.
Experience with drafting LLC agreements is a plus.
Excellence in writing legal analysis and negotiation skills.
Solid academic background and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently.
Must be admitted in New York.
Compliance with federal law for identity and eligibility verification to work in the United States.
