Pay: $42.00 $47.00 per visit (based on experience and availability)

Schedule & Availability

This is a specific client assignment with consistent recurring shifts. We are currently staffing a weekday crew and a weekend crew.

Shifts Needed:

• MondayFriday: 4:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Caregivers do not need to be available for all shifts but availability for a large portion of the listed shifts is strongly preferred.
This client requires multiple caregivers per shift and we are actively building a reliable rotation.

Position Overview

We are seeking confident experienced and emotionally resilient caregivers to support a client in Boulder who requires consistent handson care and calm professional redirection.

This role is best suited for someone who is:

• Comfortable providing personal care
• Able to remain composed with challenging behaviors
• Interested in a higherpaying structured pervisit assignment

While this posting is for a specific client caregivers will have the option to work with additional clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain calm professional boundaries with an extremely verbally combative client
• Assist with personal care including changing adult undergarments
• Learn and follow detailed care routines and care plans
• Assist with light housekeeping and basic meal preparation
• Communicate clearly with office staff regarding care needs or concerns

Work Environment

• Clients home is located in Boulder
• This household has one cat; caregivers must be able to work comfortably in a home with a cat

Requirements

• Experience with or comfort learning handson personal care including changing adult undergarments (required)
• **Ability to professionally manage verbal aggression while remaining calm and respectful (required)
• TB test required
  • Already completed preferred
  • Willingness to complete is mandatory (testing provided at no cost)
• Flu shot required
• Availability for:
  • MondayFriday 4:00 PM shifts and/or
  • Saturday & Sunday 8:00 AM and/or 5:00 PM shifts
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be at least 18 years of age
