Handling inbound and outbound donation-related calls
Engaging donors professionally and respectfully
Accurately entering pledge and donation information
Following compliance and script guidelines

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity
Certification attendance and completion is mandatory
Startup and technical requirements apply
Contractors manage their own schedule and performance
Performance expectations must be maintained to continue servicing

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
6 months remote customer service OR 1 year on-site experience
Strong verbal communication skills
Comfortable navigating systems while speaking
Dedicated quiet home workspace

Technical Requirements

Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum; 16GB recommended)
USB headset with noise cancellation
Wired high-speed internet (WiFi-only not permitted)
Dual monitors recommended
No MacBooks or Chromebooks
