Team Miracle Truss is growing and were hiring dependable motivated Backer/Welders to join our team. If you have experience in welding fabrication or structural steel and you take pride in quality craftsmanship this is your opportunity to build a long-term career in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.
What Youll Do
- Perform MIG welding / Flux-core welding (FCAW) on structural steel components
- Fit and assemble metal fabrication parts to specification
- Assist in backing weld operations and structural assembly
- Read and interpret blueprints shop drawings and weld symbols
- Use tape measures squares levels and hand tools accurately
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company quality guidelines
- Work in a production / manufacturing environment to meet deadlines
What Were Looking For
- Experience in welding fabrication or steel construction preferred
- Familiarity with MIG FCAW or stick welding processes
- Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings (or willingness to learn)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Reliable hardworking and team-oriented
- Welding certification (AWS/CWB) is a plus but well help you earn it
