Purpose
The Village Operations Coordinator protects the owners time and ensures the daily operational rhythm presentation and flow of Le Village.
This role focuses on logistics organization environment and front-facing communication not curriculum leadership.
The Village Operations Coordinator ensures that the space feels calm prepared and professionally maintained each day.
Core Responsibilities
Daily Operational Rhythm
Open building (coffee lights music environment check)
Confirm teacher attendance and classroom coverage each morning
Coordinate substitute coverage when needed
Monitor daily staffing stability
Maintain smooth transitions between programming blocks
Social Media Posting to help tell the story of our space online
Culture and Event Coordination when family programming occurs
Environment & Beauty Oversight
Ensure daily cleanliness checklists are completed
Monitor common areas for order organization and visual presentation
Maintain a rolling Village To-Do list
Track maintenance needs and coordinate repairs
Ensure classrooms and shared spaces reflect brand standards
Protect aesthetic consistency and overall presentation
Supply & Inventory Management
Order classroom and office supplies
Monitor snack and beverage inventory
Maintain emergency backup materials
Track supply budgets as directed
Front Desk & Parent Experience
Manage general inbox communication
Respond to standard inquiries
Schedule tours
Conduct basic scripted tours
Support member onboarding logistics
Schedule social media posts as directed
Classroom Support (Emergency Coverage Only)
Must have childcare or teaching experience
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
1 year childcare or nanny experience
Strong organization and communication skills
Calm under pressure
Detail-oriented
Professional presentation
Ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously

1 years of experience with children in a coaching or babysitting capacity. Experience leading activities and working with children ages 3m-3y.
