What Youll Do
- Help keep clinic operations running efficiently and support smooth patient flow
- Welcome and assist patients in person over the phone and through electronic communication
- Support staff onboarding and training to help maintain clinic standards
- Monitor and organize medical supplies and equipment inventory
- Maintain a clean professional and patient-friendly clinic environment
- Assist the healthcare team in meeting daily performance goals and operational standards
- Help solve problems quickly and contribute to a positive workplace culture
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Experience as a Medical Office Assistant Medical Assistant Healthcare Administrator or similar role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well in a busy team-oriented environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
