Job Summary
Requirements
- Must lead and inspire a team of Android engineer fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.
- Champion best practices in mobile and backend development including architecture testing CI/CD and performance optimization.
- Work with a DevSecOps mindset owning the full lifecycleyou build it you secure it you test it and you run itwith a strong grasp of CI/CD automated testing infrastructure pipelines logging and monitoring.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot Cursor Figma AI and others to accelerate delivery and improve code quality is highly desirable.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders translating business needs into technical solutions that deliver real value while continuously driving process improvements and innovation
- Think outside the box challenge the status quo and bring a creative mindset to solving complex problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features and improvements to the CommSec platform.
- Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions across mobile and backend systems ensuring scalability maintainability and security.
- Very Good Communication Skills.
