We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in solar energy sales to join our growing team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales building client relationships and expanding our presence in the renewable energy market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar sector
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (residential commercial and industrial)
- Conduct site visits and understand customer energy requirements
- Prepare and present customized solar solutions and proposals
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution
- Keep up-to-date with market trends competitors and product knowledge
Requirements:
- Minimum 35 years of experience in solar sales (mandatory)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of solar products and solutions
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
- Experience in the Kenyan market is highly preferred
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of solar financing models
- Existing client network in Nairobi / Kenya
- CRM tools experience
