Our client is a construction company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Job Description
Oversee and manage all assigned urban areas including system governance operations planning budgeting and personnel management across all service functions.
Review and evaluate operational risk management practices to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Organize supervise and ensure service quality while handling incidents and crisis situations within the managed areas.
Monitor and ensure compliance with standards related to hygiene occupational safety and fire prevention and fighting (PCCC).
Oversee the inspection acceptance and handover process from the Construction Division to customers across managed urban areas.
Ensure all services (utilities technical services housekeeping security etc.) are delivered professionally promptly and in accordance with established standards.
Supervise the organization and execution of community engagement activities.
Monitor and control customer satisfaction survey results on a periodic basis.
Execute other strategic assignments as directed by the Board of Management.

Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in equivalent managerial roles (Head/Deputy Head of Department Director level) in Retail Real Estate Hospitality Management Finance Banking Insurance Public Utilities or related fields.
Strong capability in developing systems policies and procedures; risk management; and team training and leadership.

Required Skills:
1. Experience Minimum 10 years in industrial automation manufacturing solutions or industrial equipment sales. At least 5 years in leadership roles managing sales or technical teams. 2. Industry Knowledge Strong understanding of: Factory automation systems Smart manufacturing / Industry 4.0 Manufacturing digitalization Industrial energy efficiency and sustainability Experience working with manufacturing customers in Vietnam or Southeast Asia is highly preferred. 3. Leadership & Business Skills Strong leadership and organizational development capabilities. Proven experience in solution sales and key account management. Strategic thinking with strong business development skills. Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and complex projects. 4. Language Skills Fluent in English. Vietnamese preferred.
