Our client is an entertainment company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

1. Partnership Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand MFans network of artists labels and management partners.

  • Identify negotiate and build long-term partnerships that deliver mutual value for both artists and the platform.

  • Design and oversee fandom strategies including fandom launches membership models and monetization approaches for each artist.

2. Artist Success & Operations

  • Manage the full lifecycle of artist partnerships: from signing onboarding launch optimization.

  • Ensure a high-quality experience for both artists and fans through effective content flow event integration and data-driven insights.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech Product Creative Marketing Legal and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution.

3. Team Management

  • Lead and develop the Artist Partnerships team (Executives Coordinators Interns).

  • Set goals monitor performance and coach team members in partnership development and relationship management.

  • Maintain and continuously grow a strong pipeline of artists and partners.

4. Business & Reporting

  • Track and optimize fandom performance metrics (subscriptions engagement revenue retention).

  • Provide regular reporting to the Head of MFan and Head of MMusic.

  • Contribute market insights and strategic recommendations for regional (SEA) and global expansion.



Requirements

Qualifications

  • 58 years of experience in artist management label relations entertainment business brand partnerships or platform partnerships.

  • Strong network within the entertainment industry (artists labels management or related partners).

  • Proven strategic thinking team leadership and senior-level negotiation skills.

  • Experience in building partnership models negotiating revenue share licensing and driving business growth.

  • Strong English proficiency; additional languages such as Korean or Chinese are a plus.


Preferred Skills

  • Deep understanding of fandom culture creator economy and digital platforms.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills.

Required Skills:

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting brand strategy market research or advertising. Proven track record of leading developing and scaling high-performing teams. Strong expertise in building brand strategy and driving measurable business growth. FMCG industry experience is a strong advantage. Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel and data interpretation. Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills. Strong leadership presence business acumen and decision-making capabilities. Experience managing multiple stakeholders in fast-paced high-pressure environments. Preferred Skills Experience working in consulting firms or top-tier agencies. Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics. Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability. Excellent communication in English (and local language if required).
