Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Officer Cleaning Services
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and relevant legislation
Review and update Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) and Risk Assessments (RAs)
Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems
Assist in internal and external audits
Conduct regular site safety inspections and rectify unsafe practices or conditions
Liaise with relevant authorities on safety and environmental matters
Prepare and submit statutory EHS reports and documentation
Work closely with project teams and sub-contractors to manage high-risk activities
Organise and participate in safety meetings
Travel island-wide to support operational sites
Requirements
MOM-registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of WSH regulations and site safety requirements
Familiar with ISO 9001 ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
Able to conduct presentations and engage stakeholders
Proactive independent and able to work under pressure
Possess a valid driving licence and own transport would be an advantage
Working hours:
Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm
