Job Summary
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue in marine services (repair maintenance equipment and technical solutions).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with shipowners ship managers shipyards and offshore companies.
- Manage and expand existing client accounts to achieve sales targets and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals quotations and tenders.
- Conduct regular client visits presentations and relationship-building activities across the region.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate service offerings and successful project execution.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and commercial terms with clients to maximize profitability.
- Maintain CRM records sales forecasts and pipeline reporting for management review.
- Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and networking sessions to enhance brand presence.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering Naval Architecture Business or related field.
- Minimum 58 years of sales experience in marine services ship repair or maritime equipment.
- Strong network with shipowners ship managers and offshore clients in Asia.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with willingness to travel.
