General Manager Premiere Membership Club CebuPhilippines
A premiere membership club is in need of a dynamic and seasoned General Manager to join its team. The position reporting directly to the board of directors will be responsible for all aspects of the club operations including its activities and the relationships between the club and its board of directors members guests employees community and government. The candidate will coordinate and administer the clubs policies; develop operating policies and procedures and direct the work of all department managers. Furthermore the candidate will implement and monitor the operating and capital expenditure budget; monitor the quality of the clubs products and services and ensure maximum member and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management or any business related course
Five (5) years experience performing the same or equivalent position
Experience working in properties with leisure amenities food & beverage outlets function rooms & lounge area golf course
Excellent management and leadership skills
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Willing to be based in Cebu
Open to all candidates with valid work and residency permits
