Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Position Title: Operations Specialist
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: Php 55 000 Php 65000
The Operations Specialist will manage daily operational workflows optimize business systems and execute social media strategies. This role combines technical expertise with creative marketing execution to support company growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities as an Operations Specialist
- System Management:
Manage and optimize CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel and other tech systems to support lead generation client communication and campaign tracking.
- Marketing Automation:
Set up monitor and maintain marketing automation tools like and similar applications to enhance outreach efficiency and engagement.
- Social Media Operations:
Oversee content creation scheduling and posting across social media platforms including TikTok Instagram and Facebook.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and timely content delivery.
- Process Optimization:
Identify and implement improvements to operational workflows ensuring all systems integrate effectively and support business objectives.
- Performance Tracking:
Monitor analytics and generate reports on campaign performance social media engagement and system efficiency to inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing sales and leadership teams to align operational strategies with company goals.
Qualifications as an Operations Specialist
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in operations marketing operations or a related role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in CRM systems (GoHighLevel HubSpot Salesforce etc.)
- Experienced with marketing automation tools ( Mailchimp ActiveCampaign etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media management platforms (Later Buffer Hootsuite etc.)
- Creative Skills:
- Ability to assist with content creation (graphics short-form videos captions).
- Familiarity with social media trends especially on TikTok and Instagram.
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong data interpretation and reporting abilities.
- Experience using analytics dashboards to track KPIs.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana ClickUp Trello).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (Canva CapCut Adobe Suite).
