Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Following up with existing partners and helping them become active.
Driving daily engagement and activities within the WhatsApp group.
Expanding the group by signing up and activating new partners.
Helping partners make their sales and earn their commission.
Encouraging product usage and collecting real testimonials.
Supporting and facilitating small high-frequency daily sales to healthy and consistent company cash flow.
Strategically growing the partner community by identifying and recruiting high-potential sales partners.
Tracking sales activities and reporting on partner engagement metrics to leadership.
Moderating the group to ensure a positive culture quick resolution of any product - related queries.
Identifying high - potential partners and providing personalized support to help them scale their individual sales volumes.
Serving as a primary point of contact for partner inquiries regarding activation product knowledge and restocking.

Requirements
A university degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field.
2 - 4 years of experience working in sales support community management partner success or field marketing (experience working in an organization structured around a referral network model is a big plus).
Proven experience managing and growing online communities (e.g. WhatsApp Telegram or Facebook groups) with a focus on sales and engagement.
Ability to view the role as a growth engine rather than a purely administrative position - proactive results-driven and comfortable taking initiative.
Ability to spot and activate partner talent that isnt good at selling but fits the brands overall mission.
Strong interpersonal skills to encourage product usage and help partners earn commission.
Impeccable written and verbal persuasive and communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to track multiple partners follow-ups and sales data using spreadsheets and CRM tools where necessary.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of sales fundamentals including how to motivate independent partners and manage a distributed sales network.
