Our client a reputable brand in the Retail Industry is seeking enthusiastic customer-focused Retail Sales Consultants to join their Pretoria East-based stores. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service driving sales and ensuring a positive instore experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are target-driven well-presented and passionate about retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide professional friendly assistance
  
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
  
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets
  
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
  
• Promote promotions specials and addon products
  
• Maintain excellent product knowledge
  
• Ensure store displays are neat stocked and visually appealing
  
• Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
  
• Adhere to company policies procedures and merchandising standards
  
• Assist with stock control receiving and stock counts when required
  

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
  
• Previous retail sales experience (advantageous especially in electronics or cellular retail)
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proven sales ability and customerservice orientation
  
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
  
• Reliable punctual and wellpresented
  
• Residing in or near Pretoria East (advantageous)
