Salary: R12000 Live-in Position
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Junior Lodge Administrator for a luxury safari lodge based in the North West province. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior hospitality professional looking to grow their career within a high-end lodge environment supporting the administrative and operational functions of the property.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of back-of-house administration while assisting the management team with various operational and guest-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to lodge management and various departments
Assist with reservations guest billing and general front office administration
Maintain accurate records reports and filing systems
Support stock control processes and supplier coordination
Handle guest correspondence and assist with pre-arrival and post-stay administration
Assist with staff-related administration where required
Ensure all administrative duties are completed accurately and timeously
Uphold company standards and procedures across all administrative functions
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or junior lodge role within hospitality is advantageous
Strong organisational and time management skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in basic computer systems and administration processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Ability to work in a remote lodge environment
What is Offered:
Salary of R12000 with live-in accommodation
7% company contribution to provident fund (effective from the fourth month)
Medical aid subsidy of 50% capped at R1800 per month (effective from the fourth month)
