Key Responsibilities:
Oversee front desk operations during night shift
Perform daily financial reconciliations and reports
Ensure guest safety and assist with late check-ins/check-outs
Handle guest queries with professionalism and care
Prepare the lodge for smooth daytime operations
Requirements
Previous experience in a Night Auditor / Front Office role
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently during night hours
Hospitality system knowledge
