Role Overview:
A luxury property in Franschhoek is seeking an experienced and professional Night Manager to oversee evening operations ensure seamless guest experiences and maintain the highest standards of service and security during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all night operations across the property
- Ensure exceptional guest service and smooth overnight experiences
- Handle guest requests late check-ins and problem resolution professionally
- Conduct nightly audits and administrative reporting
- Monitor security safety and operational procedures
- Coordinate with front office housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Ensure all public areas remain clean organised and guest-ready
- Manage emergency procedures and overnight operational issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 34 years experience in a Night Manager or similar hospitality role
- Previous luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and guest relations abilities
- Good administrative and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
- Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
