Job Summary

An extraordinary award-winning private game lodge nestled within the Greater Kruger National Park is looking for a vibrant FOH person to joing their team. This is an opportunity to contribute to a luxury lodge environment renowned for its exceptional guest experiences.

The Role

We are looking for a vibrant polished well-presented and well-spoken Front of House (FOH) professional to join this luxury lodge team. You will be the primary point of contact for the guests responsible for ensuring a seamless journey from the first "welcome" to the final "goodbye"

Key Responsibilities (expected duties for this role include):

Managing all front office operations including check-ins check-outs and guest administration.
Delivering high-end personalized guest relations and handling guest queries and requests.
Coordinating with other lodge departments (e.g. guiding housekeeping kitchen) to ensure operational excellence.
Maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence required in a luxury safari environment

Requirements

Professional Presence: Must be vibrant polished well-presented and well-spoken (as specified in the job advert).
FOH Expertise: Proven expertise in front desk operations including managing check-ins check-outs and guest administration.
Guest Relations: Advanced skills in delivering high-end personalized guest relations and service excellence.
Luxury Experience: Extensive experience within luxury hospitality environments both local and international or in a 5-star safari lodge setting.
