Salary: 25-30k per month
The Student Success Executive plays a pivotal role in driving program effectiveness and student satisfaction within a dynamic EdTech environment. This position is critical to ensuring seamless program delivery fostering student engagement and supporting learners throughout their educational journeyfrom initial onboarding to final completion.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end program execution ensuring timely and effective delivery from onboarding to graduation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students promptly addressing inquiries and providing guidance
- Design and facilitate engaging webinars mentorship sessions and interactive learning activities
- Monitor student progress and intervene proactively to support retention and achievement
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve program quality
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in student support program management training delivery or EdTech-related roles
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation purposes
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and drive insights-based decisions
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or online education platforms is preferred
Work Schedule:
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) with one weekday off per week
