Key Responsibilities

Oracle IAM Implementation

• Design implement and manage Oracle IAM Suite (OAM OIG OUD OHS - 14c).
  
• Configure authentication schemes policies and federation protocols (SAML OAuth OIDC).
  
• Develop and manage user provisioning workflows role-based access and certification campaigns.
  
• Implement connector integrations and application onboarding.
  

OAM (Oracle Access Manager)

• Deploy and configure OAM in containerized environments.
  
• Configure WebGate and integrate with OHS and protected applications.
  
• Troubleshoot authentication issues and optimize performance.
  
• Utilize REST APIs for automation and integrations.
  

OIG (Oracle Identity Governance)

• Design and implement provisioning workflows and access governance processes.
  
• Customize using SOA composites and event handlers.
  
• Manage role lifecycle policy management and certifications.
  
• Deploy and scale OIG on Kubernetes clusters.
  

OUD (Oracle Unified Directory)

• Design and manage directory schema replication and performance tuning.
  
• Integrate OUD as identity store for OAM/OIG.
  
• Handle backup restore and monitoring in cloud-native environments.
  

OHS (Oracle HTTP Server)

• Configure SSL/TLS reverse proxy and WebGate integrations.
  
• Manage containerized OHS deployments in Kubernetes.
  
• Perform performance tuning and log analysis.
  

Containerization & Kubernetes

Kubernetes

• Deploy and manage Oracle IAM stack on Kubernetes clusters.
  
• Customize Helm charts for Oracle IAM components.
  
• Manage:
  
• StatefulSets
  
• Deployments

• Ingress
  
• Configure persistent storage secrets and config maps.
  
• Implement high availability autoscaling monitoring and logging (Prometheus Grafana ELK).
  

Docker

• Build and manage Docker images for IAM components.

• Handle container lifecycle networking and security hardening.
  

CI/CD & DevOps

• Implement CI/CD pipelines using:
  
• GitLab CI
  
• GitHub Actions
  
• Integrate IAM solutions into automated deployment pipelines.
  
• Use Terraform / Ansible for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  

Cloud & Platform Experience

• Deploy Oracle IAM solutions on:
  
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  
• AWS / Azure / GCP (preferred)
  
• Experience with cloud-native IAM integrations and hybrid architectures.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Oracle IAM Suite (OAM OIG OUD OHS - 14c).
