We are urgently hiring a Solar Panel Production Operator with hands-on experience in solar module manufacturing. Only candidates with prior experience in the solar industry and who can join immediately should apply

Location: Palwal Plant
Experience: 13 Years (Solar Industry Mandatory)
Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Operate solar module production machines (Stringer Layup Laminator EL Testing Framing Junction Box fixing etc.)
Perform tabbing & stringing process with accuracy
Maintain daily production targets and quality standards
Handle minor machine troubleshooting
Reduce rejection and improve line efficiency
Follow plant safety and SOP guidelines
Maintain production and quality records

Requirements

13 years of experience in solar panel/module manufacturing (Mandatory)
Experience on Stringer / Laminator / EL / Module Assembly Line
ITI / Diploma (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical preferred)
Must be ready to work in shifts.

Only Solar Industry experienced candidates will be considered

Immediate joiners preferred

Candidates currently working in Solar Manufacturing Plants will get priority
