Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Web Developer with experience in building high-converting landing pages for PPC campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing team to create pages that align with ad intent and maximize conversions.

Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain responsive company websites and landing pages.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to implement new features and improvements.
Optimize website speed SEO and user experience for both desktop and mobile.
Troubleshoot website issues debug code and ensure smooth functionality across browsers and devices.
Integrate third-party tools such as CRM systems analytics and tracking platforms.
Manage website hosting domains and backups.
Ensure security best practices and maintain site integrity.
Stay current with emerging web technologies and propose updates when beneficial.
Support the marketing team with technical implementations for PPC tracking and lead capture forms.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in web development.
Proven experience with PPC landing pages (required).
Strong skills in HTML CSS JavaScript and WordPress.
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and GA4.
Experience with page speed optimization and mobile-first design.
Must be available to work shifts aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST).

This is a full-time remote position requiring a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Benefits

Compensation is provided weekly (4$ hourly starting rate).
Full-time remote position.
