Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM). The candidate should be capable of independently handling build and run activities including development customization and support of ServiceNow modules. The role requires strong technical skills along with good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement solutions in ServiceNow CSM and FSM modules
- Configure and customize workflows case management and field service processes
- Manage work order lifecycle including scheduling and dispatching
- Develop scripts using JavaScript and Glide API
- Work with ServiceNow Studio and scoped applications
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Provide production support and handle incident resolution
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Ensure system performance scalability and reliability
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow CSM and FSM modules
- Hands-on experience in workflows case management and integrations
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API
- Experience in ServiceNow Studio and application development
- Good communication and customer handling skills
Good to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of ITSM and ITOM
- Experience with Service Portal and UI customization
- Familiarity with Integration Hub and APIs
- Understanding of CMDB and asset management
Certifications (Preferred):
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow FSM Implementation Specialist
- ServiceNow CSM Implementation Specialist
