Job Description:

Hands-on Salesforce CPQ Developer/Admin role
Focus on development enhancements and issue resolution (DX environment)
Strong involvement in Agile/Scrum delivery model

Key Responsibilities

Own and resolve JIRA tickets (APP & RCA) end-to-end
Participate in daily scrum calls (status updates blockers collaboration)
Work on CPQ enhancements bug fixes and optimizations
Maintain clear documentation for all activities performed

Day Expectations

0 30 Days: Complete KT and understand CPQ setup
30 60 Days: Start owning tickets independently
60 90 Days: Deliver enhancements optimizations and documentation

JIRA (Ticketing)
VS Code (Development)

Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable)

5 8 years of Salesforce experience
Strong Salesforce CPQ Development & Admin experience
Understanding of Quote-to-Revenue lifecycle
Experience with Billing CLM ERP integrations
Knowledge of SDLC SOX Compliance (ITGC & ITAC)
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
