Job Summary
Job Title: Optometrist

Role Overview:
An Optometrist is responsible for conducting eye examinations diagnosing vision problems and recommending corrective solutions such as spectacles or contact lenses. The role also involves assisting customers in selecting appropriate eyewear while ensuring good customer service in the showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct eye examinations and vision tests
- Diagnose vision issues such as myopia hyperopia and astigmatism
- Prescribe spectacles or contact lenses
- Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses
- Provide guidance on eye care and lens usage
- Maintain records of prescriptions and test results
- Handle optical instruments properly
- Support showroom sales and customer service
- Coordinate with team for smooth operations
Essential Qualifications:
- Diploma in Optometry or in Optometry
- Freshers can also apply
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Customer handling ability
- Basic knowledge of eye testing

- Ability to work in showroom environment
- Good grooming and presentation
