Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Professional to lead and manage end-to-end Human
Resource
functions across multiple units in the Infrastructure and Healthcare sectors. The role requires strong
expertise in Corporate HR Statutory Compliances Policy Implementation and Employee
Relations.
This position involves extensive travel (6070%) to various factory units project sites and
healthcare
facilities for HR audits compliance checks employee engagement and operational alignment.
Requirements
MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant field
5 years HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR practices & labor laws
