Max Aircon is seeking an experienced Service Manager for our Pune location with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) industry. As a Service Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our service operations ensuring high-quality service delivery to our customers and managing a team of service technicians.
Requirements
1. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Proven track record of delivering high-quality service and meeting performance targets.
6. Knowledge of HVAC systems equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
7. Familiarity with industry regulations safety standards and quality control processes.
8. Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office and service management software.
9. Ability to work independently prioritises tasks and make sound decisions under pressure.
10. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
