ROLE To support the Main Teacher in effectively and efficiently executing the administrative functions in the class.
REPORTING The Professional will report directly to the Main Teacher
To support the Main Teacher in the implementation of KKEL vision & philosophy
Assist in preparing the learning environment setting up interest centers and organizing essential resources.
Assist in managing the day to day academic functions of the class / grade level.
Assist the Main Teacher in the effective implementation of the Guidelines sent by KKEL on Special Needs at the
Assist the Main Teacher in creating a safe and secure physical and mental environment for all children in the class
Actively participate and assist the Main Teacher in the planning organization and execution of special days and
events of the class / grade level / school.
Actively participate and assist the Main Teacher / Grade level Coordinator / School in the planning and execution
of Centre specific promotional events.
Assist the Main Teacher in developing and maintaining a professional and cordial relationship with parents.
Attend all staff meetings training programs and skill enhancement workshops scheduled by the center /
KKEL/BHIS for Assistant Teachers.
Maintain a professional attitude in school always.
Undertake other duties as directed by the Principal / Coordinator / Main teacher
To keep up the team spirit at all times and be an active team player.
Requirements
Graduate / ECCE (Early Childhood Care & Education) preferred
Minimum 13 years of teaching/assistant teaching experience
Good command over the English language
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle young children with care and patience
Creative skills (drawing painting craft activities)
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Positive attitude and team player mindset
Willingness to participate in school events and activities
