Job Title: Telecaller

Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to join our finance company. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers explaining financial products and converting leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  
• Explain financial products and services clearly to customers
  
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
  
• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain regular communication
  
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
  
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
  
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process execution
  

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
  
• Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in telecalling or sales
  
• Basic knowledge of finance products (preferred but not mandatory)
  

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Tamil mandatory English preferred)
  
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office calling tools)
  
• Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
