Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time engineer to join our engineering team who will be responsible for developing Indus Actions
next-gen platform.
Were looking for exceptional candidates who are excited about the opportunity to build a next generation CivicTech and
GovTech. The incumbent should be passionate about building awesome products by utilizing cutting-edge technologies
which in turn creates value for citizens nationally.
You will shape the companys current and future product development by converting the product roadmap into a reality. You
must be passionate about tackling complex challenges faced byproduct development organizations.

The engineering team at Indus Action is agile and small and everyone gets an opportunity to have their hands on multiple
products and technologies while simultaneously finding areas to focus on more closely over time.
This is a terrific opportunity to develop leading-edge technology products and be at the forefront of innovation to bridge the
information gap while getting exposure to the CivicTech/GovTech landscape and contributing towards Indus Actions mission
of enabling vulnerable families sustainable access to legislated rights.

Role and Responsibilities (KRAs)

Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers designers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans timelines and documentation to track progress and ensure transparency.
Oversee the development and implementation of Python and applications providing technical guidance and support as needed.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks and manage changes to project scope and schedule.
Ensure high-quality project deliverables through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment encouraging continuous improvement and learning.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including requirements design specifications and user manuals.
Support the transition of projects from development to production ensuring smooth handover and operational readiness.

Requirements

Education and Experience

organization. Here are the minimum qualifications we look for:
Minimum Graduation Degree in B.E./ Background in Python required
Minimum of 5 years of experience.

Knowledge and Technical Skills

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with a focus on managing Python and projects.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
Excellent documentation skills with the ability to create clear and concise project documentation.
Experience working in 0-1 stage companies with a track record of successfully delivering projects in a startup environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide technical teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams effectively and stakeholders.
Experience with AWS DevOps familiarity with other front-end and back-end technologies is preferred

Benefits

Compensation
The Technology Manager will be compensated based on the Indus Actions compensation bench-marking rubric. The range
of compensation will be depending on qualifications experience and role fitment.

Indus Action doesnt provide laptops to employees however it bears the maintenance costs up to INR 12000 per annum.
