Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a mid-market book of business focusing on standard personal lines such as Home Auto and Umbrella insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brokerage excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This position offers the flexibility to work either remotely or in a hybrid capacity.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80000 - $90000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a $4 million premium book of business focusing on mid-market accounts.
- Service clients by handling renewals rounding accounts and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the back-office team for Certificates of Insurance (COI) and policy changes.
- Quote new and renewal business with a primary focus on renewals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers including Safeco Travelers and Mercury.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a brokerage environment specializing in personal lines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is required.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills team-oriented mindset excellent communication and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Work Environment: Hybrid or fully remote options available. Candidates must be based in Northern California.
