Maintenance Supervisor

In this position you willoperatewithin Marvins team-based environment as an important member of the Maintenance management team. You will set and manage employees to high performance expectationsregardingsafety qualityproductivityand customer service. You will personally manage and oversee the daily work activities of the employees to ensure that the work being performed aligns with expectations. You will work directly with the employees to understand the work they do theirneedsand aspirations. You will guide employees to a culture built on the development of their ideas expanding creativityleveragingtechnologyand making positivechange.

Your typical day will be fast paced working in collaboration with cross functional teams to achieve organizational success through the efficient and focused support of our assembly processes and facilities. You will provide valuable input for day-to-day decisionsregardingsafety qualitycrewingand work priorities for the team.

Core Hours:Mon. - Fri 7:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. Overtime work asto support Teams working OT. Some limited weekendprojectwork as business needs require.

• Accountable for the safety training and performance of the team members.
• Provide direction and oversightregardingrequired PPE for the tasks at hand.
• Facilitate periodic safety training as required by OSHA MPCANFPAetc
• Supervise a team of skilled employees to ensure equipment and infrastructure areperformingwithin established expectations and specifications.
• Coordinatestaffing forand guidance of daily work to complete the required support tasksin a timely mannerto meet the needs of production.
• Drive improvement in our operationsthrough the use ofdata driven analysis and metrics.Sharingthe opportunitiesin a collaborative environment with production and support resources as well as outside vendorsin order tofind solutions to problems we face andattainthe maximum positive impact on operations.
• Build stronger teams through coaching crosstrainingand development discussions with the employees. Allowing us to achieve higher levels of performance improve our customerserviceand build bench strength.
• Ensure accuracy of time and attendance records CMMS performance reviews and appropriately manage employee issues.

• Post-secondary degree in applicable field preferred or transferable years of experience in a similar role.
• Prior management training and experience.
• Working knowledge of industrial compliance regulations including OSHA Environmental Electrical HVAC Boiler Licensing and Potable Water.
• Journeyman Millwright License preferred but not
