Pay: $23.14-24.37/hour

Shift: 2^nd Shift

Overview: Preferred Personnel Solutions is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a logistics warehouse in Clayton IN. This is a temperature-controlled facility offering consistent full-time hours and long-term opportunity.

Qualifications for Inventory Control Operators:

After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Working knowledge of MHE.

• At least 2 years experience with Reach Truck and Cherry Picker.

• Knowledge of WHS Management Software and Red Prairie.

• Computer skills in email spread sheet and work processing software.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Inventory Control Operators:

• Responsible for the accuracy of all outbound shipments.

• Reviews shorts to avoid cuts and communicates high cut risks for cut approval.

• Communicates inbounds needed to clear shorts.

• Complete cut sheet form and ensure all cuts are submitted.

• Responsible for adjustments including freight line/warehouse and outbound damage/short replacements.

• Responsible for auditing/reporting including cycle counting collecting data and reporting warehouse issues/errors.

• Assisting with return and RTS orders.

• Identifying UID pallets.

• Keeping outbound shipment area clean.

• Maintains active review of emails.

• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Shift Details: Wednesday-Saturday 6:00PM-4:00AM

Pay Rate: $23.14-24.37/hour depending on experience
