This is a hands-on high-responsibility role combining bookkeeping and customer service.
You will:
Keep our books clean and accurate (QuickBooks job costing)
Manage AP/AR invoicing and collections
Maintain organized audit-ready job files
Answer calls and communicate with customers during active projects
Schedule work and coordinate with field teams
Help keep the entire operation moving forward
What Success Looks Like
No surprises in the books at month-end
Jobs are organized and moving forward
Customers feel informed and taken care of
Problems get solved without being escalated
Who This Role Is For
You have 515 years of bookkeeping or administrative experience
You know QuickBooks and understand debits/credits
You are organized detail-oriented and accountable
You communicate clearlyespecially with stressed customers
You take ownership instead of waiting for direction
Bonus if you have:
Restoration construction or insurance experience
Xactimate or job costing experience
