• Keep our books clean and accurate (QuickBooks job costing)
• Manage AP/AR invoicing and collections
• Maintain organized audit-ready job files
• Answer calls and communicate with customers during active projects
• Schedule work and coordinate with field teams
• Help keep the entire operation moving forward

• You have 515 years of bookkeeping or administrative experience
• You know QuickBooks and understand debits/credits
• You are organized detail-oriented and accountable
• You communicate clearlyespecially with stressed customers

• Restoration construction or insurance experience
• Xactimate or job costing experience
