Summary

CentraCares Palliative Care team at St. Cloud Hospital is seeking a physician to primarily serve our inpatient population with the potential to incorporate some outpatient care as well. Join a supportive collaborative team of 3 physicians 5 APPs 3 RNs and an LPN with access to Spiritual Care Psychotherapy services and dedicated support staff including a team assistant along with outpatient clinic space and the option for virtual visits.

This role offers a strong blend of collaboration and clinical autonomy within a sustainable practice model that supports worklife balance. Youll build meaningful relationships with patients and families guide thoughtful goals-of-care conversations and provide expert symptom management all in a well-supported patient-centered environment.

Schedule

• Part Time 40 hours every two weeks Onsite CentraCare St. Cloud Hospital and CentraCare Marketplace

• MondayFriday schedule with no weeknight or weekend call

• Days 8-hour shifts 7:30am 5pm

• No Call No Holidays No Weekends

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range:$230000 - $265000 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses quality incentives or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

• BE/BC in Palliative Care Medicine

• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
