Steele Chevrolet is Looking for a Pro Shine Manager to Lead the Shine and Drive the Standard!

We are on the hunt for a hands-on people-focused Pro Shine Manager to lead our detailing and wash operations. If you take pride in delivering top-tier results love leading a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment this is your chance to own a critical part of the customer experience from the ground up.

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead the day-to-day operations of our wash bay detailing and undercoating departments
• Coordinate new vehicle deliveries ensuring everything is prepped polished and ready on time
• Act as the go-to connection between dealerships and the Pro Shine team
• Oversee and assign work to maximize efficiency and profitability
• Support and coach your team creating a positive high-performing environment
• Coordinate the application of First Canadian products on sold vehicles
• Keep communication flowing across teams to ensure seamless operations
• Other duties as required

What You Bring to the Table

• 3 years of leadership experience ideally in an automotive or detail environment
• Strong understanding of vehicle cleaning detailing and general maintenance
• A passion for cars and pride in delivering high-quality work
• A natural ability to lead motivate and develop a team
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and precision
• Confidence working independently while still being a strong team player
• A valid drivers license with an acceptable abstract
• Ability to drive both automatic and standard vehicles

Please note: Facial hair will interfere with the ability to achieve a proper seal on CSA-approved respirators; therefore it is a requirement that staff must be clean-shaven.
