Te tūranga The role and your impact

The HRIS and Reporting Analyst will support the HRIS system (Workday) and other analytical reporting frameworks.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting and maintaining Workday to meet Te Pūtea Matuas requirements

  • Reporting on People and Culture data and analysis ensuring relevance and accuracy of information.

  • Maintaining full-time equivalent (FTE) levels for budget and forecast projections

  • Providing advice and guidance in areas of technical expertise within project teams and management.

  • Contributing to People and Culture operations and processes ensuring records and information are prepared updated and fit for purpose.

Were looking for someone who can join a small team and make a big impact has clear communication skills with the ability to explore requirements and provide accurate timely information and advice.

If you have:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.

  • 3 years experience in HR analytics payroll and/or finance systems processes and reporting.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve and integrate solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel and Word)
