School Based Clinician Soar Learning Center

Soar Learning Center an independent K12 school and day treatment program is seeking a School-Based Clinician to join our passionate and collaborative team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic supportive environment that integrates education mental health and family partnership to support the success of every student.This position is a 200-day contract that follows the school schedule!

Were looking for a positive flexible professional who thrives in a team-based setting and brings strong collaboration skills to work alongside families school staff and partnering human service agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical assessments individual and group psychotherapy and therapeutic support
• Facilitate skill-building groups tailored to students developmental levels and needs
• Partner closely with students families and NCSS colleagues to ensure cohesive trauma-informed care

What Were Looking For:

• Masters degree in Psychology Counseling Social Work or a related field
• Licensed or licensure eligible in the state of Vermont (strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with youth and collaborate within interdisciplinary teams
