Were looking for a positive flexible professional who thrives in a team-based setting and brings strong collaboration skills to work alongside families school staff and partnering human service agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical assessments individual and group psychotherapy and therapeutic support
- Facilitate skill-building groups tailored to students developmental levels and needs
- Partner closely with students families and NCSS colleagues to ensure cohesive trauma-informed care
What Were Looking For:
- Masters degree in Psychology Counseling Social Work or a related field
- Licensed or licensure eligible in the state of Vermont (strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with youth and collaborate within interdisciplinary teams
