Job Summary
Responsible for helping to direct the rehabilitation services department. Coordinates and supervises operations of the department. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department.Assures competency of all personnel.Assists in formulating budget evaluates department performance and responsible for and taking appropriate action to maintain departmental budget guidelines. Maintains efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with all corporate state federal and local regulatory laws.
Schedule
- Full-time 80 hours per two weeks Onsite
- Days Monday-Friday Clinic hours 7am-5:30pm
- No weekends or holidays!
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $87193.60 per year and increases with experience
- Salary range: $87193.60- $130873.60 per year
- Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy occupational therapy or speech therapy program required.
- Currently licensed in the state of Minnesota as a Physical Therapist Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
