Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that best suit their vision needs and style preferences.
- Perform precise measurements to ensure proper fit and comfort of eyewear.
- Provide product information and answer customer questions regarding lenses coatings and adjustments.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of customer orders.
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming retail environment.
- Stay current on new products industry trends and vision care technologies.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Optician or in a related optical retail role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent customer service abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
