What Youll Do

• Serve as a Customer Quality Specialist delivering insights on food safety regulatory compliance and quality programs while advocating for customer needs.
• Develop implement and maintain technical product specifications and customer quality profiles across product lines.
• Respond to customer quality regulatory and food safety inquiries with timely accurate and professional communication.
• Coordinate customer requirements across internal departments supply chains and processing facilities to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
• Lead or support audits questionnaires investigations and change management activities related to customer quality requirements.
• Manage complex quality projects support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to Customer Quality leadership efforts.

What Youll Bring

• Three or more years of experience in a team leadership role.
• Three or more years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing within agriculture food manufacturing or dietary supplements.
• Strong working knowledge of FDA regulations and food safety standards including CFR 110/111 HACCP FSMA FSVP and GFSI.
• Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong critical thinking problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelors degree in a related field preferred with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems a plus.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods while using a keyboard and handling documents.
• Sufficient vision hearing and verbal communication abilities to work effectively in person and through virtual technology.
• The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Primarily an indoor office environment with occasional exposure to office noise.
