Job Summary
Location: FMC Headquarters Washington DC (Onsite with limited offsite support as coordinated)
Qualifications and Experience/Education:
Financial Analysis Expertise: Evaluates IT budgets spending patterns contract utilization and licensing costs.
Cost Modeling & Optimization: Performs cost analysis variance analysis and identifies opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
Contract & Licensing Review: Assesses vendor agreements pricing models and license utilization to identify redundancies.
Data Analysis Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and reporting.
Benchmarking & Comparative Analysis: Compares financial performance against similarly sized federal agencies to identify inefficiencies.
Reporting & Compliance: Develops monthly financial reports including expenditures to date and balance remaining.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience: 57 years; BA/BS in Finance Economics or related field (or equivalent experience)
